Come and enjoy a fantastic break here in Hastings, you can either relax, in our comfortable t.v lounge, or in our spacious garden, or if you are looking for a more adventurous break there are lots on offer both here in St Leonards and in Hastings, there are alots of attractions, such as Hastings castle, the smugglers caves, visit and unwind in one of the cafe's in the quaint old town, or have a meal in one of the many restaurants. We are half a mile from Warrior square train station, cost in a cab from warrior square station with Alpha cabs located at the station is £3.50. We are situated less than a mile to the seafront, cost of Alpha cab from the guesthouse to Hastings old town is approx £4.00.

48 hrs notice £10.00 admin charge

 

24 hrs notice 50% of full room tariff

 

Less than 24 hrs notice full room tariff

 

 A 4% CHARGE ON TOP OF THE ROOM RATE WILL BE MADE FOR ALL PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT/VISA CARDS, NO CHARGE FOR PAYMENTS MADE BY DEBIT CARDS.

CHECK IN POLICY    

We ask guests to arrive for check in from 15.00 hrs on day of arrival, you may drop your luggage of earlier with prior notice.

CHECK OUT POLICY

We ask guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30 am for check out, unless otherwise notified.
